Founded in 1996, Jinqiao Spinning Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of high-speed parts of rotor spinning machines. It has been committed to the research and development, production and sales of high-speed process parts of rotor spinning for more than 20 years. 120 people are employed, with professional and technical personnel accounting for 30%.
Jinqiao Spinning Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has become an excellent manufacturer of high-speed process parts for rotor spinning after 20 years of joint efforts and continuous development of all employees. We have mastered many key technologies for manufacturing such parts, namely diamond coating technology, high-speed rotor bearing production technology and full-automatic rotor spinning integral ring gear production technology. We achieve an annual output of 1.1 million sets of rotor spinning special parts and are a supporting supplier for several major spinning machinery manufacturing companies in China. The products cover most large and medium-sized spinning companies in China and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
The company is located in Baoding City, a famous historical city of Hebei Province. Its production base is located in the Economic Development Zone of Qingyuan District, Baoding City. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters and has fixed assets of RMB120 million. It is 140 kilometers away from Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, with convenient transportation and obvious location advantages.
In Apr. 1996, JSM was established to engage in rotor spinning parts trade and rotor spinning technical consulting services.
In Feb.,1998,the wear-resistant ability of rotor cups with elox surface treatment reached the world advanced level.
In Jun. 2001, the first set of ECM for oblique holes cross surface processing of rotor cups was produced by us.
In Jul. 2003, we realized an annual output of 500,000 sets of rotor spinning process parts.
In May 2005, the application of diamond coating technology on metal surface on rotor was successfully studied and issued national patent (ZL2006 20012220.7)
In Apr. 2006, we cooperated with American companies to equip a diamond coating production line on metal surface for the high-end rotor spinning process parts.
In Jul. 2009, after efforts in research and development, the integral ring gear, a special textile piece with very high processing difficulty, was produced.
In Sep. 2012, a project was initiated to develop and produce the high-speed rotor bearings of 110,000r/min.
With an annual output of 300,000 sets, high-speed rotor bearings were supplied to domestic and foreign markets, and users have responded well in Jun. 2014.
In Aug. 2015, the production base in Qingyuan Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province was put into operation.
